    What is the Google Pay offer on Pre-book?

    • Users who complete their Flipkart pre-book transaction using Google Pay as payment mode are eligible to win a coupon of INR 25. This coupon will appear in the "Rewards" section of the Google Pay app for the user in the form of a coupon code applicable on the Flipkart app.
    • Only a limited number of users completing pre-book via Google Pay will win this coupon code.
    • The reward coupon code can be used on Flipkart to avail a discount of INR 25 on a minimum order value of INR 500 on all orders except the customer’s Pre-book orders.
    • Visit the following link: https://www.flipkart.com/myrewards?enableCouponCode=true to validate the Coupon Code received. Once validated, the Offer will automatically apply during the purchase of Eligible Products in Your cart on the Platform, if it is the best offer available to the user during the ‘Redemption Period’
    • The coupon can be redeemed anytime between 23rd Sept 2022 (00:00 hrs) to 30th Sept 2022 (23:59 hrs) for non-Plus users and between 22nd Sept 2022 (00:00 hrs) to 30th Sept 2022 (23:59 hrs) for Plus users
    • The coupon can be redeemed only once, on one (1) order per user during the Offer Period.

    Can I place two or more Pre-booking items together?

    • Yes, multiple Pre-book items can be bought together. The Pre-book amount will be only INR 1 for each item.
    • For eg: If two items with Pre-book option available are purchased in the single order, the total amount to be paid in the first mode for pre-booking both the products will be INR 2 (INR 1 each per product). The balance amount for both will have to be paid in the Second Transaction starting from 23 Sept. 2022 (00:00 hrs) for non-Plus customers and from 22 Sept. 2022 (00:00 hrs) for Plus customers till 30th Sept 2022 (23:59 hrs).

    Can I avail Cash on delivery on this?

    • The first payment of INR 1 for Pre-booking a product must be via Google Pay as the Payment mode/method. However, the Second Transaction for payment of the remaining balance for confirming/completing the Order (remaining balance) can be either paid using Cash on delivery or by using any other payment options available on the Flipkart Platform.

      Can I redeem the Coupon Code for the pre-booked product?

    • No, the coupon code can be redeemed on a purchase of select products on Flipkart except for the pre-booked item

    What are Prepaid options for Pre-booking a product?

    • The Pre-booking must be made via Google Pay as the payment option with an initial payment of INR 1.
    • Cash On Delivery is not available while Pre-booking the product in the first payment step during the Pre-book period.

    What happens if I don't make the Second Transaction Payment?

    • The order, if not confirmed till 23:59 hours on 30th Sept 2022 by making the Second Transaction, will stand automatically canceled and refund of the Pre-booked amount of INR 1 will be generated to your source account from where you made the payment.

    Can I pay using Super-coins?

    • No, Pre-book offers cannot be availed using Supercoins. Supercoins can only be earned but not redeemed for Prebook transactions.
