The Spice Stellar Horizon Mi-500 is set to give the competition a run for their money. The Stellar Horizon gives you the features and functionality of the Android v4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS that is backed by a 1 GHz Dual Core Processor and 512 MB RAM. The dual SIM (GSM + GSM) Mi-500 gives you the convenience of using two phone numbers of two mobile networks at once.
The Android smartphone wows you with its sizeable 5 inch capacitive touchscreen that supports 480 x 800 pixel WVGA resolution. With resizeable widgets, Swipe texting and face recognition unlock feature the Mi-500 delivers easy navigation and simplified use.
The Spice Mi-500 gives users a long array of entertainment options. With a dedicated MP3 player and video player you can keep your favorite tunes and movies close. The FM radio allows you to tune in to top radio stations and stay updated on latest news. The phone is also equipped with a 5 megapixel primary camera and a 0.3 megapixel secondary camera. Design
The beauty of this Android phone lies in its bright, large screen that sits in a smooth bar shaped body. Three navigation buttons have been discreetly placed at the bottom of the phone. The slick design of the phone makes it quite impressive and appealing. With Proximity Sensor and G-Sensor you can get the best view when you switch between applications.

Terrific Phablet for its price!
The hardware is decent for running most of the applications I have thrown at it. The phone has never frozen/hung till date amid heavy usage and the battery lasts the whole day. Got the phone? yesterday.
First Impression -
Build Quality - Good
Accessories Quality - OK. I preferred to use Samsung charger instead of the stock charger.
Keypad - OK. Install swype app from? the market for better performance.
Speaker Sound - Loud enough. However volume distorts at highest level.
Touch Screen Sensitivity - Very good
Display - Nice. U will need a good scratch guard though.
3G Browsing - Very good.
Camera Quality - OK
Battery - Still to be tested for extreme us...

Good phone in this price range
Touch - quite good- multi touch is really good
Internet browsing - quite fast even using 2G SIM card of BSNL. May be due to DUAL Core.
Looks good.
Pretty heavy ( Still, can be carried in shirt - upper pocket)
Screen resolution - OK, vivid colour display
Sound - not loud enough even during calls
No button for "silent mode"...

Pros:
1) Fast performance
2) smooth interface

1. No PC sync facility. If you connect it to PC, it will do so only in mass storage mode. No PC suite software either

Awesome phone for a Smart Phone newbie!!!
I bought this beautiful phone on flipkart as a new year's gift for myself and it's been almost 4 months now and I'm extremely happy with the phone. This phone is good for people who want a stylish quality product in a budget,people have actually mistaken it for a Samsung Note!!!! Spice should really given credit for this. I have used samsung, micromaxx (total disaster) and quite a few brands. The service and Tech support for Spice is awesome.

Amazing product
This is a great product from Spice... If u want to own a phablet & budget is under 13K..then pick it eyes closed..I have used HTC desire Z for nearly 1.5 years.. but after using this phone.. I kept it aside..
Build is good..screen is good & responsive, ICS 4, 5 Inch screen, dual core processor..its all there
only that the camera is not great but then I use my SLR for photos.. dont expect ...
