The Dual Comfort Mattress gives the sleeper two kinds of comfort with two layers of foam and is usable on both sides. Opposite surfaces have opposite feel in terms of hardness. One side provides a soft, cloud-like feeling, whereas the other side provides a medium firm feeling that provides firm support. Q:How to unpack the mattress for the first time? Do it need any expert supervision or I can do on my own? I could it comes in a packed rectangular shaped box.
A:just open the box, the mattress nd the blanket will be in an airtight packet sheet-like covering, open d tight plastic cover with something sharp, once it is opened, the mattress will regain its shape

A:no video, but all items are there in package. but the bad sheet material is extremely bad. after first wash, it got shrunk and hardly fits the mattress.
