Slightly disappointed

Look wise good but it has a design glitch with the handle. I have been using last few months and the handles are tilted within few days. The left side handle screws have been broken twice. please note, I've been using office chairs from decades but haven't seen this weird issue. Won't recommend at all.
Tried raising request with godrej customer care as itz within warranty period, the service person refused to fix and asked for invoice sent with package and did not accept the flipkart invoice,...

Just okay

After over a month of usage writing. Not very comfortable to the back for long time. The side arms are already shaky though its used only in a normal usage by a less than 50 kg person. Not in line with the brand name and price.
