Ok I thought there is a blinking indication light behind the scroll wheel but actually it's the laser red light which somehow falls on it. I guess it reflects back. Mice is working fine. Range is good. Using it on my PC and smart TV. One thing I noticed if there is an interference between the wireless dongle and mice it behaves strange else it works super smooth.
