    Convenient and practical to use

    Worth the buy. I used it for two days and my sore throat and runny nose went away :)

    It's easy to use, wash and keep clean.
    It's safe as it does not have an electric connection and being plastic, convenient to heat the water in the microwave.

    However, one has to be cautious when using - the cover must be firmly in place so the hot water does not spill out and scald the person holding it.

    Q:Can this product hold boiling water...
    A:Yes. After boiling water for about 2 mins, pour into the bottom container up to the level marked and push in the lid taking care not to cover the 2 openings.The small opening should be always open.

    A:You have to boil/heat water separately. Steam lasts for almost 5 mins. Alternately you may fill normal water in the container up to level marked and microwave it without lid for 5 mins at full power
