After sale service is too poor

I bought it.. did press 1st day, 2nd day it was not working informed Wipro customer service and after making more than 50 calls and after 40 days... they provided the repaired iron.. not even replaced with new one during warranty period. Service is not available in non-metro and north India cities.

I won't recommend to purchase it.

Supreme product to make Mothers happy!

After having an extremely ridiculous experience using a Khaitan iron, I bought this iron for my Mother. She's been using this product for almost 6 months now and has got herself to like it a lot. It works just fine. It's pretty light-weighted which makes the work very easy and fast, the cord is satisfactorily long and the temperature control feature works quite well. A must-purchase product to iron all types of cloth materials!
