Amazing Laptop. Better experienced on hand than the Technical Specs on paper.

Great Laptop and great specs, the processor should be called "Core i3" instead of "Pentium.". Installing Windows 7 was really easy as it came with the new BIOS out of the box. The older laptops came with an old BIOS and had to be updated in order to support Windows 7.

1st appearance and Installing windows.

Nice product, Really sleek (Didn't expect this much sleek design), very light and good battery life. Looks classy..... Will post a full on review later after using for a week....Installing windows 8.1 was a tough job into this system..... If u also encounter any errors while installing windows in it google it and u will get the solution. BTW I have successfully installed windows 8.1 and now its super....comes with bagpack and driver cd....drivers only for 8 & 8.1.

Good Laptop at this price

I got next day by gauranteed delivery from Flipkat. Everything good except 2 GB RAM at this price. 2GB RAM not able to handle heavy programmes. Good for surfing and basic operation. It is required to be upgraded to 4 or 8 GB to really get processing fast.I got replaced with 8GB at Rs 5000/- cost. After this increase in RAM, the laptop working is excellent. Another minus point is there is only one slot for RAM, so the existing RAM of 2GB becomes spare, either to be sold back at discount or kee...

cool laptop

i have read the review regarding the laptop. Few thing need to keep in mind

it has the support of windows 7(you have to go to bios and change it to legacy mode).
it will only install 64 bit OS regardless of windows.
if you install windows 8 no need to change .
while installing if you get the gpt error then the OS dvd/iso image is 32 bit. you need to install with 64 bit.
you don't need to update bios as it is already updated to 2.11.
Overall good product in this price.

Got this product before the delivery date and product is well Packed.

Got this product with well packed from the seller and received before delivery date that is awesome.... I spend hours to get rid of the OS tat came with the machine and google it out and found the solution.. U need to be smart and carefully check the steps before making any changes in the BIOS to boot from the CD/DVD or Flash drive and to change the Boot menu to legacy.... Successfully installed windows 8 and pc working smooth ... wife and kids are happy and I am happy too... cheers !!!

it's great to have a product at this price and appreciation goes to flipkart for delivering it within short time period. i got it with very ease and the product is very well suitable for your daily uses. But it has drivers for only windows8 n higher. one might face problem with this issue.

Good Laptop, excellent battery backup

This is a good laptop. Battery backup is good. No flaws. Flipkart service excellent.

However here description about RAM is flawed, the laptop actually has only one RAM slot. There are no unused slot as mentioned.

Also I feel there should be an option of choosing OS with the laptop (of course at an additional cost).

Nice Laptop at Good Price

dont go on its price. it performs very well.
not that thick, sleak design,
good battery
works 3-4 hours on battery

installing Windows is bit tricky,
you have to change some setting in BIOS
When the system start,
1. press F2 to enter bios...
2. Be sure that the UEFI mode is changed to legacy (restart the bios is required).
3. then change the boot sequence to start with the CD unit.
4.Then, install windows 7.
(Remember that you must reformat the hole hard drive...)

Good for Surfing and for students

Good product....bought on 1st August....working properly...3.45 hrs battery backup....Although one key was not properly placed on their place...they were ready to return back cash...but...it was sort out by myself. Now do i do not have any problem in this product
