its a nice piece but the speakers are not upto standard and battery backup is only around 2 hours in battery saver mode iwh a video running...good for the price range

Acer after sales service is pathetic. i purchased the laptop in October. when I call the service centre they say it's out of warranty and I have to send them the invoice. the representatives hang up on you from time to time and do not even ask which service Centre The laptop is registered on. I will never do business with Acer again. it's prouducts are pathetic. This is the second time I had to call for getting my Laptop repaired.

Today I got my brand new laptop and the first thing I see was "Battery not detected"
This is beyond any level of disappointment I've ever faced regarding any electronic purchase.
This was an office laptop that I had ordered just to know that I have to delay ALL MY WORK for another fortnight.

This one incident was enough to take away all the nice impressions I had with Flipkart.

A good mid level laptop. Works well after some reconfiguration though a bit extra priced on Flipkart and realized that later.

Excellent. Heavy games works like a charm. Manufacturing is of 2015 but it was okay for me. HDD broke down a month after, but got it replaced.

It deserves a negative rating. After 9 months of use, I'm editing my review. This laptop is really hell. Full Mother board was changed during servicing and now few keys not working. Battery backup is poor. For this range of laptop, we expect a better battery backup. We can't replace the battery so easily. Better to buy a DDR4 ram than a ddr3.
