Ok, so here are the observations after using this TV for a while now.
- Picture quality is excellent in this price range, you need to change the mode as per the content and it will show you good details. Keep AI mode on but AI-PQ to OFF, the colors are over bright with both ON
- The upscaling of SD and HD channels are good in this price range but not excellent
- Some 4K UHD 60fps videos play excellent but for some videos, I saw a little lag and that could be because of content quality

Mind-blowing purchase
I purchased this TV after long time investigation, I am using it for more then 3 days till today, here are my observations.
1- display and clarity vise is satisfactory
2- Sound quality is awesome, it's loud and you feel theator sound quality
3- remote - Easy to use
4 - Size wise is also good
I am sharing some images for your understanding.
I suggest to go for this TV, I visited lots of store in Bangalore I don't find the Asee TVs available in any show rooms (Croma, reliance digital etc...

The first and foremost thing is Sound Quality which is awesome you never experienced before I think. It has 80W Hifi Speakers which produce crisper sound and vibrating base in the hall. The TV itself acts as a sub-woofer which gives theater experience. Once you buy this TV, you may not go to the theater because the TV offers a thumping base and voice delivery like Dolby theaters. I purchased 43inch varient, product build quality is so sturdy and superb, right from setting up accounts , you'll experience a smooth UI and there's no lag at all, just because of the dual processor. Picture quality with the standard and dynamic mode is so so so good with AI it'll produce Realistic 4k contents by upscaling.
