Worth the money
It is very much useful for home workout and beginners... But if u love heavy weights then go for 30/40 kgs or order additional weight plates... Loved this product... Just 1 complain that it takes like 2 4 minutes to change the plates in dumbbells... It is very much time consuming and you loose all the pump from previous exercise while doin this... I would recommend to seller to send proper locks for dumbbells which are easy to use to atleast shouldn't take more than 15 sec to change it...

A:The Chest rod (long plain rod) is too thin... And the knurling in the rod is not useful... ZigZag bar is good... small barbell rods are very light weight and the nuts gave up the first day itself.
