ordered on oct 2024, since then it was working fine whereas in 2nd week of mar 25 it showed no pressure whereas I tried all possible solution to it whereas couldn't get it solved as the psi was not moving above 8To 10 range and it was not getting into auto cut state.
Got into touch with the UCL team, raised a complaint about it and with 2 days my issue was resolved and they have shipped a new replacement unit
which is currently working fine now.

Good product and Good customer Service. I have purchased 2 nos of this model and first one got motor issues with in 3 months. contaced their customer Service and with in 7days, they have replaced it with a new item. Second one also had similar issues after 7 months and they have replaced it without fail after verifying video and invoice. Both the units records max pressure of 140 bar and both are working fine till now. Once again thanking UCL for their excellent Customer Service.

A:length of the outlet pipe is 8 meter. Inlet pipe is very small, but you can buy a longer pipe and replace the inlet pipe. outlet pipe is not easy to replace.
