Really Nice
After two months of usage it stopped working. The lower priced products are working far better than this.
After contacting the customer support stating the issue and was asked to send an invoice and 30sec video. After that they send another piece by courier at free of cost. That was well organised and settled things in a better way.

Classy product
The toothbrush is good and battery backup is excellent but beyond those all things the important factor of any product is a service that they provide after selling a product and I must say after my recent experience with Agaro I just found out that their service is super awesome and hassle free.
I was only using one product of Agaro till my service experience but now whenever I purchase any product I search if Agaro sell those products or not.
