Every time, it makes perfect bread. I started by making bread with 40% maida. But then I came upon the Taizhong recipe, and now I can make beautiful 100% wheat bread... 1 cup water and 3 teaspoons wheat flour are combined to form a whole wheat sauce. Above average by all means. Excellent for kneading and dough. But bread loaf is uneven at the top and the machine blade in bottom create big hole in the bottom of loaf. Also, cutting bread in slices little difficult. And no recepie book is included with the machine but they have provided user manual for operation of machine.

It's a nice product, But it would be better if company provide more modes as like other brands.
