Pros:
1). Crystal clear audio.
2). Comfortable for long hours of usage.

1). Decent bass (not upto mark but akg Headphones is not meant for bass boost audio).

One fine headphone you can buy. Its a very flat sound curve with this headphone. And when I say flat don't think there is no bass. And if you used cheap headphones before and never heard any high priced bass headphones then this will be a joyous experience. The sound quality is very good. Some sound effects which I have never heard on my previous sennheissr hd and sony 450, I can here with this.

Akg k52 is a very unique headphones. In head fi someone said that k52 is way better than k92. These headphones are very comfortable, loud and has a excellent soundstage. You can find the frequency graph in reference audio analyzer site. For the price (1,999) this is well worth it. Large over the ear cups, light weight, and very well worth the price.

Note the pin will not fit into mobiles with a case. You will need to remove the case. In general I'd say this is not meant for mobiles.

I am not a big fan of on-ear headphones, because they cause huge discomfort while using for long period of time. And never found good quality over-ear headphones in my budget. Got this headphone for a good deal, was skeptical to buy another headphone coz I have many. To my surprise the overall sound quality is so rich and soulful. Especially when u power this with a dac and 24 bit audio file. The bass is rich and the experience was great.

PS . Don't blame the headset without using the right file and right device. It's a decent starter for this price range.

In one word, AMAZING for the price. Compared these with the K72s, and except for a bit more bass depth and wider soundstage in the K72, they're basically the same.
