Anyone who has no intention of quitting cigarettes, please don't read any further. For people who want to quit- You have just hit the jackpots. The easiest way to quit smoking is read this book. Once advice- please don't read this book as an assignment, but read it with a purpose. It has been almost a year now since I quit smoking. Works for those who want to make it work
Ordered this copy for my uncle after using it successfully on myself. I was able to quit after reading it twice. The first time, I was so eager that I just ran through the book in a couple of days and that is probably the reason I was unable to grasp all the fine details.
