Excellent Processor for the Price
A perfect Processor for HTPC, Ultra light weight VM's
To have a NAS box sitting around idling
Better yet it can run for hours on backup power (UPS), during the dreaded power cuts
Now if there were decent motherboards in market with USB3 and 6+ SATA III ports and quite a few PCIe slots thrown in; Most motherboards in market target budget PC's and avoid solid capacitors and long life ultra durable components.

Good Product - Great Delivery by Flipkart
Use Case : Needed a PC to read ebooks, create documents and browse the web. The system is supposed to be always on with email and chat applications always running. I also will be using a linux based system so linux compatibility was very important. Also playing movies in full HD was important.

Great Processor
This Processor i purchased because i wanted an HTPC , for which one MSI AM1 board was already with me so i bought the 5350 processor believe me this is a very good processor , i coupled it with dolgix - ddr 3 1600 8 gb ram and kingston 120 gb ssd, the ssd works in ACHI mode . windows loads in 10 to 12 seconds flat applications are peppy. 1080p video played terifically from the HDMI port attached to my sony 50 inch led tv.

Only good if you have low power requirements
Athlon 5350 is the best in class if you need a very lower powered computer. Can match intels J series on any benchmark and goes further on graphics.
However if you are not pressed for lower power requirements then going for a FM2+ with a APU like 6400 will cost you about 5-10% more and give you double the performance.
6600K is also available on flipkart for cheap with A88 chipset boards available for 4.5k too.
Also note that this uses AM1 socket. Boards are not available on flipkart for th...

Best value for money!
I have been using this processor for more than a year and I must say that I am very happy with it! It does all the tasks with ease. I am running windows 10 on it and it runs super smooth. It is lowest power consuming APU( CPU with GPU). It is worth every penny spent on it. You don't need to buy graphics card separately as GPU bundled along with it is sufficient enough for daily tasks and lite gaming. This APU ( Accelerated Processing Unit ) is a combination of processor and graphics.
However, the integrated RADEON graphics requires Windows 7 or newer ( Win 8 )
There were no Drivers for Vista and older Windows.
