Before I review , Trust me I've read ALL reviews on the internet bout this processor : Some say FX series is Fail, Others say Intel is better (i5 or i7). Some say that it does not have 6 cores as it boasts. Some say Performance is not up to the mark. Blah Blah Blah.......

Such a Great Processor under 10000 rs.
Processor quality mainly depends on L2 cache memory and the speed or the processor. and this processor is good in both with 6mb L2 memory and speed till 3.9 GHz, which is far better than intel processors and at an amazing price.
intel i7 processor cost 18000, which is very expensive. Buying motherboard of this processor (with AM3 socket) have advantage as they are very cheaper than Intel motherboard, starting from 3000 rs, and with integrated graphi...

Great for processor to compete against the I5 line from intel
Fully unlocked, this baby promises a clock upto 4.6 GHZ stable. That could eat an I5 any day for this price.. Combine this with a Crossfire 5 AM3+ mobo could make a good bargain look better. Also those out there with AM3.
Period this processor is meant for the Gaming enthusiast who like the middle budget line, yet aspire for greatness!

Greatness of AMD Price Vs Performance Great Value.
Well i have been using this product from last 4 months.
I used it for CAD/CAM (AutoCAD2012, ProENGINEER5.0, MasterCAM X etc.) and Animation on 3Ds MAX.
It works far better than any other processor in its range.
and also i do extreme multitasking like working on software at same time listening songs, surfing on net, watching videos and so on. still its very fast.
last thing iam a hardcore gamer but need to stay in budget so this is great choic...

I have bought this processor from my known IT store. Works outstanding great. Excellent for multitasking, 3D video rendering, photo-editing, DVD burning, watching HD quality videos and, of course, ultra-high resolution gaming. I like Intel I-Core family. But this AMD FX processor can beat any Intel Core i5 series processor (1st,2nd or 3rd generation), though Core i5 3570K is 10% better. You cannot establish the difference easily by naked eyes though. I brought it today believe me its faster than i7 its multitasking features are too good thats only 1 thng that after buying this product you have to install any good 6000 series ati/radeon graphic card in it and its alll good with 14 md of cache what else do u want dont go for any intel processor come for amd i was also an intel fan but when i started using amd i was shocked soo if you want great performance switch to amd :D

Worth its Price
Amazing Processor... can opt for i5 2500k if the budget can be increased by 5k...but overall this processor beats any other for this price..... overclockable to 3.8GHZ.... for best results use Corsair Vengeance Ram and ATI Radeon 6790 or 6770 1 GB graphic card.... And u have just Invented A low budget yet a highly powerful Gaming Console ......

Hello. I am writing this review to settle some things down straight. I have used this processor about a week now. It does seem to some people that this six core processor is weaker than its intel counterparts. Let me tell u, its true. But there are some things to be considered. First and foremost, the processors suck in windows xp and even in win7. And there is a reason for it. The algorithms to handle the cores are efficient for 4 core intel systems,i means the i5 or i7. If u r a bit puzzled in buying a processor of amd.... then u shud surely read this review.
I think this is d best processor in this price range coz its performance is awesome..
I have all 'i' processors in my family... & so i was also advised to go for i3 or i5... but i thought dat i shud surely try ammd once.... So i went for amd & after 7 months... what i have experienced is dat although d price is far less but still its performace is much better dan i3& is also a very gud competitor of i7....
