a. When kept on lap tends to hurt after long usage hours.

Before purchasing a laptop stand, make sure that it has stable base as in some of the stands the laptop screen wobbles/shakes while typing. This one is a good choice and offers enhance stability while typing.

Wonderful but not for 15+ inches laptops
The product is good for the laptops under 15 inches. Nice sturdy look & light weight. For more than 15 inches seems it will not withstand for the long time as the laptop weight will also be more. Otherwise it is a good buy.
