HOW TO USE: DRY USE ——Apply for powder cosmetic like makeup palette,Loose finishing powder,pressed powder,etc. a. Use one part of the cosmetic sponge to get a small amount of dry powder. b. Gently tap the application area. c. repeat last two steps if needed 4.WET USE ——Apply for creamy and liquid cosmetics like foundation,air cushion compact,makeup concealer,BB cream ect. a.
