Ancient Secret of the Fountain Book 1 is all that is needed to learn the exercise routine. Book 2 feels more like a marketing book which includes a lot of success stories, write-ups from professionals etc.

I wouldn't recommend Book 2. Book 1 has all the information one needs to learn and practice the exercise routine.
