A:It's 5.5 cm, excluding the stem.

Q:what cup i use a havy flow
A:I brought this to my wife, she is very happy using this product. I bought L size for her, according to her the cup has to be emptied maybe thrice a day during heavy flow.

A:wash it with soap water after use. keep it in boil water and then clean with disinfectant like savlon. then till next cycle store it in a proper place
