This bluetooth headphones really deliver excellent sound quality. I like to listen fast beat and high bass workout music and this bluetooth headphone does deliver good sound. It also cancelled any gym and outside noise. Just try all the headphone plugs so you find the one that best fit your ears. Today while doing several cardio workout the bluetooth headphones stay firm and i didn't needed to make any adjustment.
