Does the job
The quality looks good but it could have been better considering the price.
I received the blue band with some kind of manufacturing defect. A spot looks like a cavity or bubble near the ridge. I don't know how long it is going to last even though I have less use for the blue one. But other bands are in good condition.
The covers are of cheap quality.
Shipment packing wasn't good. It's rubber. Still, it could get damaged near the ridges.
Overall it's okay.

Worth the money
This is my second resistance band. Before this I had Heavy (red) band from arrowmax.
All is good not excellent.
This is light one which can be used for arm and triceps exercises.
Major issues : Width of the band 13mm due to which while exercising it is prone to put much pressure on palm and sometimes it can peel off your skin.
To use this band either wear gloves or put some protection on palm because at max stretched it will feel like cutting your palm.
