    A:Yes BCAA is really good, but I suggest you to take protein with this BCAA for better result ! BCAA should be taken while workout, like, one exercise and one sip after that 😉

    A:BCAA is usually taken Intra Workout ! You can take it Pre Workout ! but post workout don't think so it will provide much effect
