After using this product for one month i am writing this review:
1-good quality whey did not have any bloating or cramps with water or milk.
2- easily to digest & mixable no lumps.
3- taste is blunt like milk powder so dont expect fancy taste as its unflavoured.
4- will produce foam in shaker but its normal nothing to worry as its airation process.
5- for best results take within 15-20mins post workout
6- increase in strength, fast muscle recovery & less fatigue.
7- those looking for weight ...

*Genuine Review* Started taking this product a month back, I workout in the Morning, and post to Breakfast I used to consume one scoop of this. I am reviewing it after 3 months of using. It works very good only if u have a good diet routine.It tastes like sugar less amul powder.
