It really works.. perfect creatine give more burst while exercise, definitely it increases stamina to lift more weight. If u r having issue like muscles strain or blocking after 1-2 sets u should start taking creatine. one thing u have to shake this powder till the last drop as its monohydrate its doesn't get dilute in water.

I'm using this for last 2 weeks.
To be honest this is good product.
Just make sure don't use it too much.
I'm taking half scoop 2.5-3gm daily except rest days.
My muscles are tight. Don't forget to drink at least 5-6 litres of water daily if you're taking creatine.

Delivery brother was very nice. Product is very good. Asitis is best. But one thing this product works if you workout. Take this 2.5 gms to 3 gms after workout for best results. You may extend the quantity to 5 gms but not more than that. Never ever try the loading phase guys .
