Q:Is this shoe useful for running 5 to 7 miles a day..??
Are the soles soft and comfy for long runs as shock absorbers??
A:You can do running but ill rather not buy these shoes specifically for running these shoes are for normal walk and for wearing for long shifts of 7-8 hrs . Soles are soft and comfy.
