This shose Not made for sprint or first running, if your running speed is around 2 to 2:20 min for 400 meter then go for it but for first running this shose grip is slibery on dirt/soil track, on road or mat track it's good, and shose is bulky also,
Comfort is good,my sin pan and feet pain almost gon, soo I am happy😊
