5Ghz band is not recognized even when you are a few feet away. good router. stable connection. expected the range of wireless to be even more. was better than my previous modem/router. Yet to check on the data transfer speeds on the 5ghz as all my existing clients are slow,

This is an advanced Modem Router with the latest in the Wireless Technology. The product is well crafted, looks very good with various features and options and apparently is also ready for the upcoming optic fibre networking - under FTTH (Fibre to the Home).
