+ PCH Runs cooler than Maximus V Formula
+ Wifi 802.11 AC + Bluetooth.
+ Antenna looks better than Maximus V Formula's Antenna
+ Liquid/Air cooling of VRM
+ Everything else as good as M5F
Cons:
- Compact Layout due to ATX Form Factor. (E-ATX on Maximus 5 Formula is better)
- Cannot populate all DIMM slots if big CPU Cooler is installed. (Again, blame ATX form Factor)
- No Thunderbolt Wire included.
- If consumers can't buy OC Panel seperately, ROG_EXT header makes no...

Best ASUS board
This is by far the coolest looking board i have ever used. Not only is it just for the looks but also slightly for performance. And performance is relentless which is something given for motherboards of this class. The packaging was splendid with lot of bubble wrapping and air pouches. It was properly cushioned.

the coolest looking borad
it is an hybird board which is an air cooled or water cooled
if u hav an water based cooling system it can be used in the motherboard to cool
the results will be huge as much as 15 degrees less than air cooled
the board's front is made of some plastic but its for the looks , it also helps in cooling
the back has an metal armour that prevents it from bending in high stress
