This is not a gaming card. This is mainly used for HTPC. It is a decent card for the price. One more thing: MORE MEMORY does not equals FASTER CARD. You must have bought this card seeing 1Gb ddr3 memory. Speed depends on GPU and memory speed. If you want to play recent games then buy at least Nvidia Gt 240 or ATI 5670.

Hi guys i've been using this card since two days.... I actually brought the card so that my CAD software (CATIA) supports "open GL shader" which was not present in the on board graphics.

Actually what i felt after using it on the 1st day was that the GPU was getting crazily heated up
-> Idling Temp = 49'C - 55'C
-> Using design software like CATIA & web Browsing = 55'C - 62'C
-> GAming (DEAS SPACE 2) = 75'C - 85'C (OMG :-O)

I saw in some websites that GPU temp 70'C - 80'C when gaming was...

Well I looked at the revies of this video card and the reviews clearly stated that it is not built for gaming ,
well, i completely disagree I tested this card by playing Call of Duty Mordern Warfare 2,3
,Black ops , Black ops 2 , Assassin's Creed 1,2,3,brotherhood , revelations and Splinter cell Blacklist,
All of them at the highest graphic settings,
well those who dont know about these games let me tell you that these are some of the most high fidelity games available in the market,

I should say that this is good enough for most games, launched by end of 2013. It's really good if you aren't a hardcore gamer.

Cons: you won't be able to play anything requiring higher specs than AC4.

Dont be confused with this graphic card, let me be clear
This card is a basic upgrade and best suited for high definition videos and uninterupted streaming.For games i dont recemmond you this card,but then still few games work on this, if you want to play HD games like Call of duty :black ops ,Just Cause 2 ,etc with low configuration and custom changes in the nvidia control panel.I would prefer people getting the GTX series.

But better upgrade ram from 2 GB because my system became slow with 2 GB ram

I bought this card from a local shop for Rs.2500/- and now in flipkart they are giving it for just around 2000 shame on me.
I played the following games
*Call of Duty:Black Ops[medium graphics]
*Star wars force unleashed 2[low]
*Battlefield Bad Company 2[low ]
*Devil may cry 4[medium]
*NFS:Hot Pursuit(2010)[medium]
etc...

If u are going to build a budget gaming PC this card can handle but not all the games.I say you go for GT,GTX or other cards.
