I bought this product from flipkart around 2 months back.
Worked fine for a month and then touchscreen stopped to work.
No replacement as it crossed 30 days and incorrect service centre information from flipkart.

The entire trust on this product is broken.
Given it to service centre in chennai. But not expecting the product to work beyond its warrenty period which is 1 yr only!

If you can afford the risk, its probably for you.

Its been a month since i started using this. Delivery by flipkart was prompt.

But i got a "Plugged in not charging" error the first time i tried to charge it. But the ASUS tech support guys were able to rectify it over the phone. It required a simple battery reset operation.

The pros:

1. Easy to carry around.
2. Decent screen size.
3. Amazing battery backup.

Bought it as a travelling portable laptop. My regular 14 inch laptop is much larger, thicker and heavier than this. Turned out to be a very good product, i am very happy with it, i bought it about 4 months back and have had no problems. Took a little getting used to the much smaller size and consequently the smaller keyboard and my fingers kept brushing against the mouse...but now i can type quite easily....although there is a function of putting of the mouse while typing to prevent accidenta...

All the specs are good .Only thing this lacks in RAM .2GB ram is very less. Should have provided with atleast 4GB ram .
Lags a bit when you open multiple application or when you browse multiple pages on internaet .
Touch is good .

Compatible to all seasons and everyone. Feel good, Performance is so good, Updates are done in automatically, But not seen W10 update.

This should have been priced for not more than 18 to 20k max.The size of the display is too less for windows desktop ui ..everything looks very small and is tedious to work with
