A:yes you can, but you will not feel any comfort, just wear it without helmet, or if you wanna wear helmet than dont put this mask because it is very warm inside.

A:Actually I also wear it with specs. So I think you shouldn't have any problem using it. Make sure that the specs temple on both sides are the inside the mask when you wear it else they might fall off.
