This is an incredibly small light and I have never seen or used such a tiny light. Despite its average to poor build quality , the band mechanism is silicone is good and . Importantly, the LED is a supposedly a CREE which is the best LED, and actually delivers 300 lumen on the high beam. Too early to comment on the LiThium Ion battery performance . It did charge fully in under an hour . Hoping it performs at least 300 cycles of charging

The light is really bright. Comes with 3 modes: High, low and blinking with high. The usb flap on the rear is very weak and definitely not waterproof. The button glows Red when charging and glows really bright green when fully charged. The rubber band for fastening is solid, you must be careful with the S hook as you may loose it. Battery lasts for 3 hours and does not dim with battery level, beam is focused and doesn't spread out upwards.
