Great book for a AVR starter

This is a good book for a beginner in AVR programming. It covers both assembly & C programming of AVRs. Many examples are included which adds clarity in understanding and also help in creating an AVR project from scratch.

lack of good examples,but overall a very good book

language used in this book is very easy,very good for start-ups but u will need other books like evil mad projects etc have nice example

Great book,easy to understand

It is written in simple language (no jargon) and is extremely easy to understand.
each and every concept,problem,method and code is properly explained in it.
Before buying,I thought that it would be a novel sized book,but upon receiving it,i got surprised after looking at it's size (which actually scared me,making me believe that i wont be able to finish it during my collage holidays.)

but when i started to read it,i found it very easy,and read the whole book in a month,made many projects too.

Good book for AVR beginners

Mazidi books are always superb for the starters. The easy way to begin the programming. It also deals with architectural explanations cleanly. But not for the people already know avr programming. The examples are not enough to cover all avr possibilities...

This book is a good book - provided that you solve the exercises too. ... After I got this book in my hand, I got the smell of the "new" book. I am sure - at least some people will know what I mean. This is an awesome feeling. It is so satisfying and joyful to me. ( Sadly, this book had a thin cutting mark on the front cover page !! It was annoying to me. Don't really know who the hell did so !! ). I actually had the same good smell in some other books too which I ordered through Flipkart. .....
