I took two pills before bed, it relaxed me,went to asleep 45min after I took it. Even though I went to bed early, I kept tossing and turning all night like I was uncomfortable. I have read other reviews where other people had experienced this as well, but it went away after a week or so. This morning I woke up and felt slimmer, didn’t weigh myself but noticed my clothes didn’t fit me as tight. I am excited to see results. Will update after a couple weeks.

Perfect product!
They've succeeded in making it palatable and seem to have gotten everything blended in such a way, that I'm able to fall asleep and go back to sleep when I've awakened during the night. That hasn't happened successfully in decades. I needed both aspects of this formula... real rest, and help for my digestive and lymphatic systems. This is helping greatly.

Have been using it for 10 days (2 capsules per day) and there is no progress in loosing weight, i have been going to the gym for about 4 months now and i have lost 12 kgs and i thought after taking this it might speed up the progress but i see no progress. Whatever the product says it'll do, its not doing. I will use this product till it gets over and update the review again.

Update: Lost 5lbs in 4 days. I’m sure it’s water weight but regardless I am thrilled! Not a magic pill, you must eat healthy and exercise but this stuff works! Helps with bloating as well! My face doesn’t look as bloated. Can’t wait to see how much more weight I lose!

This definitely has improved my sleep!!!!
I've had severe insomnia for decades.
I've had issues with melatonin not helping like it does for others. Valerian root normally has a very unappealing scent and flavor. So, while it worked better then most things I had a hard time just trying to take it. I can tell you that the first night I took this, I was able to get some sleep.
