Marriage is unpredictable, you never know who you’re getting married to until you are. Directed by M. V. Raman and starring Karan Dewan, Padmini and Vyjayanthimala, Bahar is a classic romantic family drama film that follows Lata, the daughter of a wealthy family, who is set to be married to a man of her parents’ preference called Shekar. However, she falls in love with another man, Vasant, and thereby changes her choice of husband. Enraged by this, Shekar decides to investigate about Vasant, and what he finds out will shock him and Lata’s family beyond belief.
