Edit: Finally one bud has come. It took 7 months.
All seeds were good. I used 7 out of 20. 4 of them germinated well and rest of 3 didn't (as I tried different methods like breaking the outer shell and rubbing the pointed side). The rubbing method worked really well.

A:Yes. I change the water as soon as it gets dirty. However, the seeds aren't spouting! Once a leaf came out, but then the plant died again. Hope your seeds bloom!

Q:What are the steps to make it sprout while putting in water..

A:Rub the seeds on wall or floor before putting them in water. Change water daily. Except changing water, you have nothing to do. After they sprout, place them in a pot which contains mud in the base.
