Belkin Dual-Band Wireless Range Extender

The Belkin Range Extender works well. Set-up was a breeze. It has 4 Ethernet ports to which I have connected my TataSky box and PS3. The range however is not great. It works extremely well if you are looking to extend range another 35-40 feet, but the range is far from what is expected of N router/extender. Within 40 feet the signal strength and signal quality is good.

Pros:
1. Easy install. Just connect to PC, choose network, provide password(if any) and you are done.
2. Reception capability from existing router has good range.[it receives signals where my phones could not only laptops could]
3. Nice looking, Light weight.
4. LED(blue or amber) indicator indicating signal strength/connectivity, so you'll know how far you can take the extender.
5. Four additional ethernet ports for wired connectivity

Cons:
1. No wall mounting capability, needs to be kept ...

This review is based on opinion and fact. Not discontent.
The router is pretty awesome, I didn't purchase this from Flipkart, I bought this from a place close to home. There has come to my attention that people expect the specified 300mbps speed to actually be 300mbps. And, in turn; disgrace the product.
