Use it on low flame ..It will work as good as non stick.

Premium look...thick and good quality ss material...wanted to avoid nontick, so started using this...unlike nonstick, the food sticks at the bottom while frying onion and all ..but we can manage it by keeping in medium or low flame....its not a sandwich bottom...no joints like other induction base vessels...that is one of the best thing i liked in this kadai.

First impression is very good. Very good finish. Great value for money. First cooking experience is nice. Decent size. One small dent observed on edge near handle.dont want to return for this small issue. But Bhalaria should do quality check strictly. Will write more after using it for longer period.
