Packing was not good at inner side.. the covering plastic was torn... Tealights were mot in good shape, lavender oil is half in the bottle....after seeing review I had ordered, but first time I'm disappointed with this..
May be I should give 1 or 2 star but for the ceramic holder (though the design edges are not fine) I'm giving 2 and for the whole set and delivery I'm totally giving you 3 stars. I'm too disappointed.

Q:How to use it?
A:you pour the oil in the diffuser. don't use too much oil, just 3 to 4 drop. light the candle and as it heats up, the oil vapourises and spreads aroma in the room

Q:How many hours we can use in 1 time??
A:candwl runs upto 4 hours,but the pot is able to hold small amont of portion henceforth you'll have to refill it which is tiresome, instead go for ekam electric diffuser

A:Mild smell, it is depend on you, little water pour in it upper hole, nd mixed some drop s with it nd lighting the candle for front hole to set it. And wait for fragrance.
