For Beginners, take one scoop in 500ml chilled water. It will start showing result within a week when your body start to adapt BCAA.. Give it some time.. Result may vary for person to person depending upon the intensity of workout. Proper rest is must.. And don't take BCAA in empty stomach.. Have a small meal may be some nuts or even biscuits.

For Intermediate level.. Take 1.5 scoop in 500ml water. And same follows for You too..

Recieved genuine and well packed item. I compared a lot of BCAA and found this best in price range with balanced quantities of amino acids. 5gm BCAAs in 5gm scoop. I got great deal and will review the product after 2 weeks of intake.

the product i received was genuine, and tropical madness is a pinapple flavor which will taste a little like cough syrup. so i would advice if u want something on the flavor go for green apple i have tasted both so i prefer green apple but we all have different taste buds so order according to your need.
