If you want to gain weight faster this will effectively work same as on whey.
Really it can increase weight by 4-7 kg in 1.5 kg box (person experience).
Taste is not good, literally not good, hop u understand.
But chocolate flavour is perfect. Go for chocolate one.
And here comes the finale truth..that is "Powder Body doesn't last long, you loose weight gained by nutrition within 2 months of break, i mean you have to continue use it for lifetime if u want to maintain".
