Defected Product Recd
The product recd was defected. On asked for replacement, a different product was sent altogether.

Delivered iron is defective
The iron delivered to me by the vendor is defective. I cannot say if the vendor is at fault of Black and Decker. Its setting dial was hard from the beginning and now it is completely stuck.
