A 'Business Communications' Phone. Ignore the 'reviewers' who have not even used the phone, let alone bought it
When you have to write about 50 odd emails in a day, and your day comprises of being on the road almost everyday, you need a phone that you can type on, possibly even blindfolded!

why are people comparing this phone to other brands?
1. Quad core processor and more RAM doesnt even begin to make sense.. this phone isnt for people who are into HD gaming... this is THE BEST COMMUNICATION DEVICE IN THE MARKET

i dont care what extra features other phones have,
as soon as u hold a q10 in your hand, nothing else matters.
its feels so good and right in your hand.
fast, smooth and so convenient.
its a different class of phone, for a different class of customers.
not for people trying to find worth in silly features that wont be used by most of them.
q10 in a phone, not a gaming console/table.

order black one but I received white mobile it doesn't receive 3g signals properly
duplicate charger which is not working at all
it is not 4g mobile it doesn't support whats up and Skype
this is not for entertainment purpose
this mobile good for business people because it has more encrypt and secured features
phone design awesome looks rich high quality speakers average camera quality with 5*zoom

Wonder boy!
This device is for those who would like to get things done. It does not boast of millions of Apps but it definitely boasts of great interface that is swift and fast. Added to the fluid experience is the physical keyboard... I am loving this device and it has joined hands with my Galaxy s4 as my daily driver!

I am user of BB since decades now and by far these devices are amazing to use for functionality and the ease of typing at a lighting speed.
Before buying this product I was or rather I'm still using BOLD 9900 which is again an amazing devices, offcourse many have complained about the battery draining, but I never experienced any such thing.
