this is 1of the best product I got from flipkart @14499..

To start using netflix had to call the technician and he did factory reset and updated the netflix app.

Scroll in netflix app does not works without a mouse, wireless mouse is a must.

The 30W speakers does not have a good output, so definately need an external soundbar/speakers.

Overall its like buyin a 49inch monitor which is also a TV and partime smart TV.

First of all I got a great service even before buying the product. This TV was out of stock to my pin code, when I mailed stating this to blaupunkt customer care the product was available with in 30 minutes. About TV my main purpose was to connect it as monitor for pc, it does the job for me. The picture and sound quality was more than what was expected. Delivery and installation was fast, it came earlier than the date mentioned. Especially the installation was so fast that happened actually...
