the consistency is a little runny, so it takes around a minute to dry. once it dries down, it is completely matte and the colour pay off is opaque in one coat. it covers lip pigmentation in just a coat. the formula is absolute matte but very comfortable on lips. but like all liquid lipstick, one should prep the lips with exfoliation and lip balm before applying. it is completely transfer proof and fades from center when one has oily meal or after 5-6 hours.
