The look of the product is great and also the taste of the water is good. Timely service from the Blue Star dealer. The biggest problem is you cannot take water from the purifier if there is no electricity.

this product has disappointed me to a very large extent. having an experienced name, Blue Star, made me believe in this product but to my dismay, the performance is below satisfaction. within 3 months of purchase, we have faced several issues and had to reach out to after sales support team.
however, after sales is superb. they have been prompt and helpful. this is the most satisfying part.
