The box was opened when received but product looked unused and new.. The music quality is top notch, well balenced sound..
I Didnt like the design though, lookes good but it stands vertically and no rubber pad to place it horizontally. While using aux input we have to place it horizontally which becomes dirty after useing and also the bass improves when it placed horizontally.. Even with a slight touch the device falls down when its vertical.. Else its fantastic
